Repayment Conduct assessment

Hi
Ive just checked my credit score with equifax and its all fine
Its a score of 566 which is considered excellent
Ive not missed a payment for 60 months, and never missed then it was just a few days late
No defaults etc
Anyway it stated that my Repayment Conduct assessment is considered poor!
What is this? And why would it be considered poor?
Thanks for your help

What does this mean? Have you made late payments or not?
  • Yes 2 late payments on a store card 4 years ago but only a few days late, and not consecutive payments and not mispayments!

Why 60 months? Your credit history shows the past 72.
  • It states on the credit report that the last late payment was 59 months ago and i checked back and it was a store card! So longer than 4 years,
Im really puzzled by it as ive never had an probs getting credit and my score is excellent.
what does poor mean with regards to a repayment assessment? I dont want any credit at the moment but will be remortgaging next year and this worries me!!

  • Plus my credit utilization score is fairly low at 30%

I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Like the score they give you, the comments are only their assessment of your credit history.

They've slapped my wrist making more than "a few applications for credit in the past year".

    What are these applications?

In the past twelve months I've had a new BT phone line installed, began a new mobile phone contract and opened one bank account.
