I was told by my window installers that the work had been registered with Fensa on October 28th but I am still waiting for a certificate. Anyone know the usual turnaround?

Just an update. I emailed Fensa and it was confirmed that my installation had been registered - they said it took 4 - 6 weeks for a certificate to be issued. Well it has been 13 weeks now and even with Xmas/New Year coming in between I think that's a bit long. So just emailed them again. Sigh....0

When the istallers told me they had registered the work with Fensa they really meant they had notified Fensa. Fensa confirmed this had taken place but it would take 4-6 weeks to process.. However 3 months on they are still processing. A certificate has not yet been issued and so isn't there to download. .Last time i just went to the fensa site and downloaded a .pdf of the certificate...

Sorry just to clarify. The installers told me that they had 'registered' the work with Fensa and Fensa told me they had received the info from the installers. But the work has still not been officially registered by Fensa in that a certificate has not yet been issued. The link provided in post#3 would've told you that.0
