Why do so many people have to blame anyone and everyone for their own mistakes and refuse to take responsibility for their actions? If you've applied for 6 bank accounts and been turned down for some that will have an impact on your credit rating.

And there's an irony in calling someone a drama queen for pointing out facts when you are using capital letters and numerous exclamation marks and swearing about companies when trying to get your point across. You lied on one or more credit applications, it may not lead to anything but it could lead to fraud markers on your account, I fail to see how that's experians problem.

Why/how do you (mistakenly) think being turned down, specifically, will have an impact on ones credit rating?

I applied to that £14.99 a month bullsht
It says that my score is poor 600, mainly because I applied 6 times lately for credit, while I applied for STUPID NORMAL BANK ACCOUNTS!!! I WILL NEVER APPLY FOR LOAN/CREDIT CARD!!!! I have no need to borrow money! I don't use overdraft from my bank accounts and I don't have credit cards. I only applied for mobile contract, not because I dont have the money, but because it was a good deal! And I applied for bank accounts, not for the overdraft, but to take advantage of the interest! THIS IS A JOKE!
that's why I'm reluctant to 'upgrade' my three basic accounts as they're so strict on them now it's just as much as search on your credit file as a credit card.

thankfully my basic accounts do all I need.

I think it's very strange current accounts are refused in general nowadays.

Full bank accounts usually allow customers to go in to an (un)arrenged overdraft, so that's one of the reasons applicants are credit checked.

Another reason, of course, is to help determine what extras could be up sold to them.

I don't need their stupid overgraft, why they don't give me a break?

I could also offer to pay in FULL my yearly mobile contract beforehand and even have it capped automatically to a specific amount, but they still rejected my application because I am not in electoral sht, they are IDIOTS!!!

Your account applications were probably rejected because you gave false information and you're not on the Electoral Roll.

Multiple credit applications will show on your credit searches as far as I'm aware, unless you know something different.

If it's so obvious how come you have made such a mess of it and need help? Being such an expert you really shouldn't need help and advice from others.

Yes they will, but rejections won't be recorded, which was my point. Maybe you didn't know that?
