I think I've been a fool

I've been a bit too busy opening new accounts I think and missed something.
I opened a Nationwide regular saver this week and immediately transferred £250 into it from my flexaccount.

I have some DD's due to go out on Tuesday and some money due in externally to cover these on the same day.

I seem to recall reading HOWEVER that enough funds must be in the account the night before to cover the next days DDs. Is that right?
If this is correct then I'm going to be short by £70 even though the balance at the end of Tuesday would balance out with incoming funds.

So as a temporary measure, can I transfer £70 online on Monday from my new RS to flex and put back again on Tuesday with no adverse effect to the RS?
In hindsight, I should have just waited until Tuesday to put my first £250 into the RS. Too late now.

    well
yes there is nothing stopping you transfer 70 back to the flex now and as long as you transfer it back to the RS by 31st (Friday) you will have paid the max in during this calender month.

If you've got an overdraft on your flex account then it will all be fine anyway, you wont be charged anything as you'll be in credit by end of the business day.
If you haven't got an overdraft you can apply online for one.

Also, I am sure they would wave any charges if you credit your account straight away and explain what has happened, genuine mistakes do happen.
