Extra Energy slow to refund

Moved to another energy supplier as Extra Energy were no longer the cheapest. Though I have been with my new supplier since the 9th September Extra Energy were unable to produce a final bill till the 9th November and this was after several phone calls and e mails, where promises are made but never met. The bill on the 9th said I would be refused £254 on the 19th November 2015. When my account wasn't credited on the 20th I called them and was told that all rebates have to be signed off by a manger so it will be another week.
Why this went allowed for when they told me I would be credited on the 19th defeats me.
In addition every time you call them you have to wait on line for 35 to 50 minutes. So if your looking for an Energy supplier, look elsewhere for your sanity if nothing else.
