I have a right of way - advice please

I have a right of way over an unmade road that is eventually a dead end. This track runs beside my house and I have to use it to enter my property. On the deeds it says that I have a "right of way for all purposes". My horrible neighbours that live quarter of a mile down the track own it and have said that I am not allowed…

Incorrect

An unadopted road is one where the local council have not adopted it and taken responsibility for its upkeep. It probably will be a private road and it's upkeep is in the hands of the owner(s) (if they so wish) and those land occupiers who have a right of way across it.

Note that the owner(s) of a right of way have no requirement to keep it to a certain standard.
