Seems the stores won't be transferring stock. I believe they have some sort of "running down" planned. Does anyone have any info on that?
10% first week? Ramping up the discount as each week passes?

No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere

Think its the Boucher Road one.0

Likely be only stuff they want rid off.
Any easily sellable goods will be transferred to other stores.
Well, that's what I think!0 -
I heard from someone who works in Derry L/Derry branch which is closing. They said that just about everything will be reduced. The higher value stuff by less but obviously they need to attract people in to get rid of the less popular stuff. There will be some decent bargains to be hadI started out with nothing......And still have most of it left:p0

No - it's all stock.
The Derry branch started at 20% off all stock and is currently at 30%.
It is the same discount for all items regardless of value.
Unfortunately power tools; electric showers etc. had been removed before the sale started.RECI & Safe Electric Registered Electrical Contractor

Ballymena going too0

I was in Boucher Road branch today and when I asked where the bargains were was told that most of the stock will be shifted to other stores. The "Clearance" section should really read "Dump Rubbish Here".0

Hard to believe, except for high Value tools.
Where will they be shifting all that stuff to, considering that almost all of the Northern Irish B&Qs are closing? The only one that I am aware of without a closure Date announced yet is the one in Newry. For a lot of Items it can't be cost effective to return it to some Distribution Center on the mainland.0 -
Ballymena, Boucher, Sprucefield, Derry are going
Newry, Holywood, Craigavon (?) are staying
Many Screwfixes (also part of the Kingfisher group) have popped up, perhaps to fill in the gaps.0 -
Newtownabbey and Holywood Exchange, both 5 miles from Boucher Road.0
