I need to find a forum which could help me with a business problem, I am a 50% shareholder of a company, but cannot get any financial control, which site would help me most all answers welcome.

Do you know the equity structure?

You may welll hold 50% of the shares but there may be one 'special' share that gives control of the company to the holder of that share.
