Advice about returning an item

My wife bought a pack of 2 maternity bras from M&S about 3 weeks ago. This morning she discovered that the strap on one of them has snapped.
She doesn't have the receipt or the packaging, is she still able to return them? She paid on her card so will have a record of the purchase.

Remember to take back both, not so long ago a similar thing happened and they wouldn't accept just the faulty one without the other.0
