Barclaycard November statement query

Hi guys.

I logged into my Barclaycard account this morning and in the summery area it says my Nov statement is ready. My current balance is £800 and showing my minimum payment as £0 in red.

When I go to view my latest statement it says it's not available. I will try again later during opening hours to see if it's changed but was wondering if anyone else has come across this before?

Not with Barclaycard, however BT often send me an email telling me my statement is ready to view when it isn't.

Your statement will probably appear later.

Sometimes the actual statement appears a few hours after other parts of the screen have updated, so for example the "transactions since last statement" area empties out a while before those transactions appear on a new statement. I suspect everything will be normal again a little later.

The mobile app shows the next payment date and minimum payment now. Haven't checked online on PC yet but I'm sure all is good now. Thanks guys.

I just checked my account online again and still showing the same. Statement not available but on the mobile app it shows a minimum payment. I'll check again on Monday and if no change then I'll call them and find out what's going on.
