I am running windows 7 with IE11 and ASUS motherboard H81M-C
I have downloaded tweaking windows program and now find that my pc starts in the safe mode and I cannot get it to start normally
I have tried system restore, erased the RTC ram and removed the battery , when I enter bios and try to boot from my installation cd nothing happens it still boots in safe mode, I have also tried to alter the start order without success
Can anyone help?

I have tried to find repair your computer in advanced boot options but there is nothing there what I have got in advanced is
fast boot enabled
sata support all devices
usb support partial initialization
ps2 keyboard & mouse auto
network stacked driver support disabled
next boot after ac power loss normal
boot logo display auto
post delay time 3secs
wait for F1 error enabled
option rom message force bios
interrupt 19 capture disabled
also two buttons marked quick note and last modified both empty
also tried start up repair and ac power loss0 -
Advanced boot options F8 at start up not in the BIOS0
-
In the BIOS, under Advanced Options, there is a function to show what has been modified recently.0
-
I tried pressing F8 at start up and I entered the same menu that I had when pressing delete at start up, there is no repair your computer function in advanced boot options that I could find0
-
Try this:
Boot to installed windows, run msconfig and see if safe boot is ticked, untick and reboot.Science isn't exact, it's only confidence within limits.0 -
Thank you very much it has worked great ,I think that the best thing to do in future is to ignore programs recommended in computer magazines and leave well alone0
