Tweaking windows,(windows repair 3.6.1)

I am running windows 7 with IE11 and ASUS motherboard H81M-C

I have downloaded tweaking windows program and now find that my pc starts in the safe mode and I cannot get it to start normally

I have tried system restore, erased the RTC ram and removed the battery , when I enter bios and try to boot from my installation cd nothing happens it still boots in safe mode, I have also tried to alter the start order without success
Can anyone help?

In the BIOS, under Advanced Options, there is a function to show what has been modified recently.

I tried pressing F8 at start up and I entered the same menu that I had when pressing delete at start up, there is no repair your computer function in advanced boot options that I could find

    Try this:

Boot to installed windows, run msconfig and see if safe boot is ticked, untick and reboot.

Thank you very much it has worked great ,I think that the best thing to do in future is to ignore programs recommended in computer magazines and leave well alone
