Eligibility and contest period

• This contest is void where prohibited.
• Anthon Berg “Spin the Bottle” is an online contest. It starts on May 1, 2015, and runs until April 1, 2016. The contest consists of four contest rounds that each lasts 12 weeks and ends with a random drawing of winners. After each round, the contest and all entries will be reset. To be eligible to win in a certain drawing, contestants must spin the generous bottle during the corresponding contest round. Entries received after the stipulated date will be ineligible for the prize draw. Contest rounds:
  • Round 1: May 1, 2015, to July 23, 2015
  • Round 2: July 24, 2015, to October 27, 2015
  • Round 3: October 28, 2015, to January 7, 2016
  • Round 4: January 8, 2016 to April 1, 2016
• Employees of Anthon Berg and its affiliates, agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to win any prizes in the contest.
• Contestants are required to have their own Facebook account, be a fan of Anthon Berg and be at least 18 years of age at the start of the contest.

2. Contest entries

• In order to be eligible for a prize, you must click the ‘like’ button to become a fan of Anthon Berg, if you are not already a fan.
• You will be prompted to give permission to Anthon Berg to view basic Facebook information. This information is required for game play and the selection of winners. Your information is never sold, or given to any third parties.
• Anthon Berg reserves the right to reject any entry at their sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.
• To participate in the contest you must spin the generous bottle on the screen “Play now” at least once.
• Every day, one spin will be unlocked which means that you can spin the bottle once a day.
• Every time you spin the bottle, you will win an amount of tickets for our drawing. The number that the bottle points at when it stops spinning, is the number of entries that you receive. The more entries you have the bigger your chance of winning is.

3. Prizes

• Every 12th week, until April 1, 2016, we end the current contest round, draw six winners, and restart the contest.
• At the end of each contest round we randomly draw six winners among all the entries from the contest round:
  • Five chocolate winners who receive three Chocolate Liqueur Bottles each.
    • One winner of the main prize: three boxes of Chocolate Liqueur Bottles and two round-trip plane tickets to either Mexico, Cuba, France or Ireland. The travel destination will be your choice if you are one of the lucky winners of the main prizes.
  • If you win two of the round-trip plane tickets, you must book your tickets through Anthon Berg within six months after receiving notice that you won the prize.
• Anthon Berg reserves the right to change the prizes without any prior notification.

4. Prize eligibility

• Each winner shall be entitled to only one prize. If you are chosen for more than one prize, you will be awarded the first prize you win.
• Prizes not claimed from the collection center (e.g. Post Office) upon mailing delivery from Anthon Berg shall be forfeited. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable in any other form whatsoever, unless agreed to by Anthon Berg. Winners are solely responsible for the collection of their prize. Anthon Berg, its sponsors and representatives shall have no liability to the winners in any respect whatsoever.
• Prizes are non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative.
• Anthon Berg reserves the right to request written proof of residency and age of any winner before the prize is dispatched or collected.
• In special situations, and subject to the absolute discretion of Anthon Berg, a winner may nominate a designated representative to collect a prize.
• In the event that a winner chooses not to accept a prize, the winner shall forfeit any and all claims to that prize, which will be dealt with according to the absolute discretion of Anthon Berg.
• Winners may, at the absolute discretion of Anthon Berg, be required to execute a deed of release and indemnity in a form prescribed by Anthon Berg in order to receive the prize.

5. Notification of Contest Winners

• Winners will be notified via email. Two attempts will be made to notify you if you have won. If Anthon Berg does not receive a response after the second attempt, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be chosen. Anthon Berg reserves the right to use any other method or medium that they deem fit at their sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the winners.
• Winners will be required to give their personal details, such as their mailing address, proof of passport and any other details deemed necessary and relevant in connection to the prize. This must be done in a timely manner, which will be stated, if appropriate, in an email. Anthon Berg reserves the right to forfeit prizes for any winner who does not provide the required details upon receiving the request/notification from Anthon Berg or a partner agency.
• Anthon Berg reserves the right to appoint a third party to conduct the verification of winners and to fulfill the delivery of prizes. Contestants agree that Anthon Berg may provide all necessary information of winners to such third party to facilitate such service. These third party affiliates have no right whatsoever to sell or use your information for marketing or any other unsolicited messages.

6. Publicity

• Anthon Berg reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the nicknames, names, profile pictures, and entries of the winners for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media without first obtaining any consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the winners.

7. Variation to the Terms

• Anthon Berg reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these contest terms without prior notice at any time and the contestants shall be bound to such changes.

8. Liability

Anthon Berg will not be responsible or liable for:

• Any problem, loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure in receiving and sending the entry form as a result of any network, communication or system error, interruption and/or failure experience by the participating internet line and/or resulting from participation or the downloading of any materials in the contest. In the event of such error, interruption and or failure, Anthon Berg shall not be responsible or liable for any failure by any contestant to participate in the contest at any time.
• Any problem, damage or loss of whatsoever nature to any contestant resulting from their participation in the contest.
• Any error (including error in notification of winners), omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, internet line failure, theft, destruction of, or unauthorized access to entries, PC hang whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
• Any problems and/or damage with or arising from the prize. All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner, and Anthon Berg excludes all warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law. Winners shall comply with the terms of each prize.
• The safe and effective postal delivery of the prize.

9. Disqualification

• Anthon Berg reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these contest terms and/or Anthon Berg’s application. No correspondence shall be entertained. Anthon Berg further reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or delay the contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

I've no idea what's happened to it. I've clicked on their website from google & no sign of the comp. I then googled Anthon Berg spin the bottle & clicked on that link & got the same weird website. I also noticed a FB link so tried that & that also went to the same website. I'll leave it on here for now & I've PMd Anthon Berg on facebook so hopefully they'll get it sorted. I'll keep you informed
