Tiling query.

Is there anythng available to do away with the sharp corners that will eventually discolour and and become dirt traps when tiling a shower cubicle?
I.E where the wall corners meet and where the tiles meet the top of the shower tray.
Can you get any sort of quadrant or something with a curved profile that will do away with the sharp corners?
