The problem I have is I'm rubbish with my finances and books ( self employed ). I've being doing some workings and found that my income is more than I declared on my statement of affairs. What is the possible outcome of this as think I should tell them at the interview0

Be honest. It's always the public interest that they serve when handing out restrictions etc. If you're upfront at the interview and explain that you have had some issues sorting out your finances to the point your income has been understated, the OR can only look favourably on you giving that info freely without it coming to light later by their own investigating.
Worst case you'll get a BRU for 3 years in my opinion. Likely, very likely that with honesty and explaining that you know your mistake that was made, nothing will happen - it's not in the publics interest to see you punished for being forthcoming and showing you had difficulty keeping atop of it all, hiding information that comes to light later is 99% of what forms a BRU that I've seen on the register.0 -
You have really calmed my nerves and I thank you for that. It will show that I have spare money but that will all be eaten up when I move in with my partner after Xmas. Sorry for all the questions but do you think they will make a vpo against me? I will only have this spare income for a month and can prove what the living costs will be when I move0
