I'm well impressed so far.
Just rang them and call was answered straight away by a human.
Really useful card for travelling.
It seems to beat the Halifax Clarity (Which I also have, and have found v useful) because
1. according to T&C, payments are allocated against cash before spending. so unlike Clarity, you don't need to clear existing balance before paying off cash*
2. the interest rate is lower (so better if cash withdrawals aren't paid off immediately)
*If I'm interpreting this correctly. Slight nagging feeling about this - anyone want to have a look for me?
