Amazon Prime VAT and Compatable Devices

I have just signed up to Amazon Prime.

Just a warning to others there is a page at:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/video/ontv/devices?ie=UTF8&*Version*=1&*entries*=0

Which lists compatible devices, however none of the 2012 LG Home Cinema Systems listed there are supported or work with Amazon Prime\Video anymore. I bought this in 2013, and am pretty upset its been discontinued\unsupported so quickly and also that Amazon still lists it as a compatible device yet after talking to LG they confirmed its no longer supported and will not work.

I also asked it its possible to get a VAT invoice and was told Amazon pays for the VAT itself on subscriptions so there is no VAT to pay, so I can not get an invoice. Can anyone else confirm there is no VAT to pay for Amazon Prime subscriptions?
