Radian Homes - Anyone bought through them?

I'm looking at buying a house through Radian Homes (based in Eastleigh) using their Shared Ownership Scheme.
Does anyone have any experience of this scheme?
Can anyone recommend or not recommend them?
Are Radian Homes a reputable company?
I'm particularly interested in what happens when you come to sell?
Any help/advice/information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Dave.

Hi
While I haven't bought a property through Radian, they are the management company for the flat which I've owned for 18 months. I've been very pleased with them as a management company so far and would recommend them - the blocks of flats I live in are well maintained and regularly cleaned, with any problems resolved in a timely manner. They are easily contactable and very helpful by phone and email.
I get a breakdown at the end of each financial year of what my service charge has been spent on over the year and whether I am due a refund, they have a sinking fund and I recently received a document outlining their plans for spending this on maintenance over the next 20 years (including interior and exterior decorating, roofing, windows etc). My service charge has actually been suspended since September because my account for this year is in credit.
I believe they are well known and long established company. Hopefully someone who has bought through their shared ownership scheme can advise further on those parts of your query.0 -

Hey @davehuge did you buy a radian home in the end?
I am looking to buy a place but can't find any reviews online, which I feel is rather odd.0
