Terms and conditions

• The competition opens for entries at 8:00 on Monday 16 November, 2015.
• The competition closes for entries at 23:59 on Monday 30 November 2015.
• Only one entry is permitted per person.
• To enter, you must live in the UK and be aged 16+
• Employees of Kew (including Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, Kew Enterprises and Kew Foundation) and their immediate family are not eligible to enter.
• The winners will be contacted within 7 days of the draw via the email address provided
• The winners will have 7 days from the date the email is sent, to respond, after which time a re-draw will take place and the prize will be allocated to a new winner.
• There is only one book to be won.
• The prize is non-negotiable and no alternative prize is available.
• The prize is subject to availability
• The prize needs to be redeemed within 6 months
• Accommodation upgrades are subject to availability
• Transportation to the hotel not included
• The competition winner name and county of residence may be released on the websites and social media channels managed by Kew.
• There is no cash alternative to the prize, it is not for re-sale and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• In the unlikely event that any elements of the prize have been discontinued a similar prize to the same value will be provided. Promoter's decision is final and binding on the entrants and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to this prize draw.
• The competition can be withdrawn at any time without notice.
