ppi claim on a dmp?

hi this is about 1 of my creditors

i took out a loan for £2k at 17.9%apr (i know i know i mad mad)
i was forced in to a ppi as i felt i could not say no.

£20000 17.9% apr over 2 years total = £2,364.24

ppi 259.47 at 17.9%apr = 306.72

so on the 2k i borrowed i am paying 670.96 in apr and ppi.

now my question is could i claim it back even though they excepted my dmp? would it affect my dmp? also i still owe them in total about £800.

any help would be appreciated.

ps - i have a copy of the letter to claim but i want to be sure of these things before i send it.
