What do the terms and conditions you agreed to at the point of sale say about cancellation?0

There is no cooling off period. You will have to sell them on ebay/Getmein.0

No cooling off period for concert tickets, you can resell them though and if it's popular you might even get your money back.0

ebay don't allow concert tickets now they have to go through stubhub.
OP be careful as well that tickets can be resold- many can't , so be carefulI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. You can't get a refund but they can move the concert to a time more suitable for you.“Learn from the mistakes of others. You can never live long enough to make them all yourself.”

Thank you for your help. I find ticket master very misleading as bought tickets in the pre sale only to find out much better tickets were available after pre sale. Looks like I can sell them but ticket master do not make this easy either, I've learnt from this mistake and will avoid ticket master in future.0

But you were the one who bought tickets and then decided you couldnt go - what have ticket master done wrong exactly?0 -
I suspect that the OP may have done what I did. Bought in the pre sale then looked again the following morning to find find better seats available.
It annoyed me as well but I bought a second lot of tickets then sold the original ones0 -

Wait, I thought the problem was you couldn't go? Which is it?
This is also standard practice on all the ticket selling websites so I wouldn't really single out ticket master for this.0
