MSE Blagged BT offer not working...

Hi - BT don't seem to let me sign up for the MSE Blagged offer...

I get to the offer page, it shows me the deal: Unlimited Infinity 1 (£39 activation), TV basic for £0 (+£10 activation), £10 a month.

When I select it and enter my current house details, it says it's directing me to another part of the site to complete my order... Possibly something to do with switching from cable for everything?

Then it's almost like I have to restart the package on a different ordering system - for Unlimited infinity 1 it is quoting £15/month and TV activation is £19. I am dubious about ever seeing the voucher or cashback if I continue...

Help!

Just to add, I tried telling it I had no existing phone line (to take the Virgin factor out of it) and had the same issue.
