I'm looking for help having recently paid ticketbis over£1200 for Davis Cup Tickets
Yesterday I was informed that the tickets that I had ordered were now not available, but having asked them to refund my payment several times, they have flatly refused.
They informed me that the only way to get my payment back is to resell the tickets. These are the tickets that they have not got
Any help would be appreciated

I hope you paid by credit card in which case make a claim under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Acton the basis they are in breach of contract0
