Section 75

in Credit cards
Hi all, I hired a car from Dollar.co.uk in July, I returned the car in Las Vegas on the 7th of July when it was supposed to be returned. Dollar claims I returned the car 3 days late and has charged my credit card $547. After 4 months of arguing with the company they will not refund me, I have a timestamped video on my phone of me putting the gps under the seat, locking the car and returning the car keys in their drop box. They said this does not prove when the car was returned.
Do any of you know if this could be covered under section 75 of the consumer credit act?

Have you, at any time during this 4 month period, notified your card provider of this unauthorised transaction?0

Don't you have some kind of paperwork to prove you returned the car?
Did they check the car over and give you a report when you handed the keys back?0
