The prize draw is open to all UK residents (including Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Coregeo Ltd, its affiliated companies, their agents or other persons professionally connected with the draw.

1. The Promoter is Coregeo Ltd, PO Box 1079, Maidstone, ME18 6WX.
2. No purchase is necessary. To enter, you must enter your details at http://www.tenderstem.co.uk/competitions/.
3. The first date on which you can enter your details online to enter the prize draw is Tuesday 17th November, and the last date on which you can enter your details online to enter the prize draw is 11.59pm Tuesday 1st December 2015.
4. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the website is available, but is not responsible for any inability to enter arising from any unavailability of the website or other technical or communications problems.
5. No bulk, machine generated, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted.
6. The winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all valid entries received before 11.59pm Tuesday 1st December 2015.
7. The winners will be notified by email on or after 11.59pm Tuesday 1st December 2015. All prizes must be claimed by Tuesday 8th December by return email. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact winners, but if any prize is not claimed by Tuesday 8th December an alternative winner for that prize will be chosen.
8. There are 3 winners for this competition, only. Each winner will receive one Christmas wreath delivered to their address provided and a second wreath delivered to their nominated person.
9. The winner will be informed of their prize by McCann, on behalf of Coregeo®.
10. Each winner will have to provide their delivery details and their nominated persons delivery details when contacted by McCann Bristol.
11. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The prizes cannot be exchanged for any other prizes of lesser value. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Real Flower promotional code will entitle the user to 15% off of any products online, delivery not included. Promotional code will be valid from 1st December - 22nd December 2015. Promotional code can only be used once. Promotional code can only be used online.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
14. Winners of prizes will be required to take part in related publicity.
15. The names and counties of the winners will be available upon application with a SAE to Coregeo Ltd, PO Box 1079, Maidstone, ME18 6WX.
16. When you enter your details on the entry form you opt-in to receive communications from Coregeo® containing newsletters or other marketing communications (“Opt-in Communications”). You can change your mind at any time by ticking the unsubscribe box on any opt-in communication you receive from Coregeo®.
17. Entrant’s data will be shared with The Real Flower Company for newsletters and / or other marketing communications (“Opt-in Communications”). You can change your mind at any time by ticking the unsubscribe box on any opt-in communication you receive from The Real Flower Company.
18. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and (except as set out above) will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.
