G24 - still not taking people to court?

All,
I just wanted to check that G24 are still not taking anyone to court in relation to their parking "fines"?
Basic background, got issued a penalty notice for parking in Toys R Us in Forbury Retail Park in Reading because, despite paying for a day's parking, I had forgot to update the application on my iPhone to change the car registration (I'd literally changed it in the previous couple of weeks).
I appealed twice, providing evidence of my simple administration mistake and the fact I had paid and they hadn't lost out. Got two one-line replies (literally three or four words) telling me to do one. I have since ignored all correspondence on the basis that it simply is not payable.
Yesterday, I got a notice from a debt collector and, reading on here, am expecting a notice from another in the coming week.
I just wanted to check I should continue to ignore and, in all probability, it won't go any further? Any advice appreciate.
Cheers, PG.

Correct - up until 01/07/15. We'll have the new data in a week or so, so come back then.
Debt collectors cannot do anything unless they actually own the debt (as MIL claim to do) but chances of court are still 1 in 1000.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Thanks IamEmanresu - thought I'd better check in. I'd quite happily go to court on this one as it is a ridiculous how dismissive they were of the appeal (and a simple error where they made no financial loss). However, if head down avoids all that then why complain... I'll check back in a week.Personal ISA Contributions Challenge - current £0 (as at 1 April 2014) / target £15,000 (deadline 31 Mar 2015)0 -
If you have paid, then they would have a mountain to climb to win a court claim. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
