iPhone App to store audiobooks?

Hi all, I've downloaded some audio books and split into short 2-5 minute clips. I'd rather not have them in my music library as their are quite a few audio book files; I like to have my library on shuffle and is frustrating when one of the books comes on next instead of music.
So is there an app where I can upload the mp3 audio books which is seperate from my actual music?

What software are you using for the library and to play the music?
If you are using iTunes then you can set your audiobook files as audiobooks rather than music and they are then ignored when you use shuffle.One by one the penguins are slowly stealing my sanity.0
