Bank of Scotland card - never again

I successfully applied for a BoS card a year or so ago. Used most of the limit for a balance transfer but also used the card for purchases.
Within 2 months they kept lowering the limit every time I made a payment. After 4 months they lowered the limit to below my actual balance and then told me I was over the limit!
Now the final straw - with my 0% deal coming to an end, they have sent me a letter saying that 'after reviewing my file' they were putting up my standard rate to 26.5%.
Needless to say I have declined the rise so I can't use the card further.
I have never had such an experience with a card. It's not as if I have ever missed any payments on this or any other card. No idea why they bothered accepting me for credit if they are going to behave like this. Poor.
