What is Carer's Allowance? Highest amount?

Hi,
Does anyone knows how much and how my wife will get for taking care of me? She does EVERYTHING for me.

    its £62 is a week.

    or less if you are claiming some other benefits like ir esa then you get the premium which is around £33 a week

    I get £62.10 a week carers allowance for my son and an extra £34.60 pw in my esa x

    its never less.
    as a taxable benefit, carers allowance would be paid first and then topped up with a means tested premium if necessary

    if you are on other benefits and claim CA they pay you the full amount of CA then deduct the full amount from other benefits then add on the premium

    Assuming you mean because of illness or disability, which benefits do you claim?

    carers allowance can be less than the £62.10 if say for example somebody is on State Pension and the basic element less than £62.10, then carers will top up the difference to £62.10 but as far as I can tell that is the only benefit that does that
