Not that quick, very unusual. Actually surely impossible, because the PPC won't have been sent your appeal until normal working hours, by POPLA. So it CANNOT be the case.

I wonder if POPLA sent you the wrong email. Normally you just get one saying your appeal is successfully submitted and that you can use your password to track the progress. That does not mean there is any progress yet. When POPLA get their evidence copy they 'should' email you but often do not...so keep checking the POPLA tracker and see if you get sent any evidence in about 3 weeks time just before Christmas.

Nope, I didn't misread it! It is the evidence pack submission email. On my tracker it says so too! Very unusual to be submitted so quickly. Will be interesting to see the evidence depth when it arrives!
