CheapoAir over charging

I offered to book some last minute flights for a neighbour. I used CheapoAir and booked using a credit card, good job!

Firstly, the outgoing flight (ezyjet) was booked and confirmed but we got no confirmation of the return flight via Monach. I phoned up quite a few times to be told I need to wait for "an e-mail" to confirm the booking.

Anyway just before the passengers needed to return I phoned again and was told the flight was not confirmed and they needed rebooking, at greater cost. My neightbour agreed and we re booked.

They decided to help themselves (or rather Monach did) to 25% more than the agreed ticket price.

I spent much time on the phone, emailing proof etc but then ran out of patients and did a claim on my credit card.

Got the money back, but be warned!
