It's called a Love Your Neighbour competiton, but not sure if you actually have to nominate one of your neighbours. Maybe it can be a friend too?

5. Entrants will go online, register their details and give an example of someone who they think deserves a gift this Christmas.
6. 20 entrants will be randomly selected from all eligible entries at the following times:
12:00 (Midday) on Friday 20th November
10:00 on Saturday 21st November
7. From the 20 entries, the entry deemed the most entertaining, upbeat, and deserving, will be judged by the Heart producer.
8. The selected entrant will be contacted by the producer and will be required to supply the producer with the contact number of the person they nominated.
9. The selected entrant and the person they nominated will be contacted by telephone. All Entrants and nominees selected will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
10. The selected entrant, and the nominee, will be brought to air by the presenter to be announced as the winner of the competition.
11. The selected entrant and the person that they nominated will both receive £1000 to spend at TK Maxx per competition round. There is one competition round on Saturday 21st November and one on Sunday 22nd November.

Eligibility:
12. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
13. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
14. Entrants must be available to take a phone call between 12:00 and 16:00 on Friday 20th November and 10:00 and 14:00 on Saturday 21st November.
