Nationwide Section 75 claims and Resolver

I wished to use the excellent Resolver service to manage my Section 75 claim with Nationwide Credit cards. Unfortunately Resolver does not currently include Nationwide Credit cards, so it put me through to the 'Chairman's complaints office' as I discovered when they phoned me.
They were totally ignorant about Resolver and didn't want anything to do with it when I attempted to describe what it was! Somewhat contradicting the 'Customer friendly approach' they like to portray.
They said they'd refered it on the the 'Section 75' department, I would be recieving a letter noting the claim had been recieved. And I was told that the complaint case was closed!

Isn't it Resolver's problem if they don't include the information for Nationwide CC disputes?
What was your actual complaint to Nationwide? That their CC process wasn't on Resolver - in which case I think it is Resolver you should complain to. That you couldn't find how to lodge a Sect 75 claim with them - in which case you have now done so therefore it is correct to close the complaint.
Is Resolver appropriate fopr Sect 75 claims - there is actually no complaint against the lender, you are just asking the lender to refund you because of a problem you have with the seller.loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.0 -
Resolver doesn't appear to support credit cards (at least this isn't mentioned under Finance) so I'm not sure why you are complaining to Nationwide that they won't deal with a service that doesn't support their product?0
