polson and strong

just got a phone call from guy from company called polson and strong (or something like that) p & s.
sounds dodgy to me anyone heard anything.

  • The name p&s does occur in the fsa database. Unfortunately all they have is an address and post code.

  • These people have been pestering me for a couple of months. Like you I thought they sounded dodgy, although I did listen to what they had to say as they seemed to have a good grasp of economics. However the two companies they 'put in front of me' (and which I didn't act upon) have done badly - one is over 80% down in 2 months! (ACUP tipped at $1.18 and now $0.16).

    They last phoned about 30 minutes ago. I doubt they will be phoning again as I compared their sales technique to that of a timeshare salesman at which point the phone was slammed down on me.
