    He said he was at court on Friday.., and I need to pay £110 for the bailiffs. Has he got sheriffs? No idea. Why would he? Its not like I'm costing him money in unpaid rent.
    Doesn't sound like it. This thread is mainly dealing with High Court Enforcement Officers (were Sheriffs) but as it compares them with County Court Bailiffs you get to find out about both:

    If you look at section 5 Costs you can see £110 is County Court Bailiff.

    So it's a trade off of cost vs speed.

    Was a bit overwhelmed after seeing housing.

    The loan is for a months deposit and rental. Cheapest rental here is £850.
