More PPI from Halifax

Hi all,
I reclaimed my mis-sold PPI from Halixax in Feb13, and last week I received a letter stating they are sending me more money, how it was calculated and from that I gather they must have miscalculated my original refund. Quite nice to receive, and whilst not massive welcome at this time of year!
Anyway, is this normal for the banks to do, or should I revisit other institutions I reclaimed from, or will they write to me? Could I be stirring a hornets nest I perhaps should leave alone?!
Thanks all...

Halifax said they had done their sums wrong and you were actually owed more, that doesn't mean any other bank did it wrong. If they did, they will write to you.
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Ah ok thanks, thought that may be the case. Do you know which lenders have been asked to review?Mortgage Free Wannabe Light Bulb Moment (Early 2012, started May 2012)
