Yes I paid annually by credit or debit card.
I told them my current address on the phone at least twice as well as in the letter. If the complaints department can't even get my address right I am not optomistic about them resolving the problem!

Well I had a phone call on Thursday (exactly 28 days after they received my complaint letter).
They are sending my refund by BACS so I should see it in my bank account on Monday or Tuesday. They are also giving me £30 in recognition of the inconvenience I've suffered. That cheque arrived this morning (dunno why they can't BACS that:rolleyes:).
I suppose it was worth the hassle to 'earn' thirty quid
