My Survey

I have just spent 3 hours on a survey supposedly to earn £15 and it bumped me off at the end with an error message. It says my survey is not complete, but won't give me access.


I can't find a contact on the website.


Has anyone else had the same problem ?

There is a way to contact them - from the home page, go to `help center' (right hand side, above main part of page). There are pages of varying helpfulness there - I used to be able to find a 'submit request' button but it seems to have vanished. All they ever did was apologise for technical errors without ever really reading the problem. They don't seem to be interested in improving the technical issues!

I was in a hurry yesterday, but, tonight managed type a complaint, only to have it rejected due to no survey number being given. However, there wasn't one, as the survey just has the title 'National Buying Survey'.


Therefore, I sent a separate message, explaining that I couldn't send my message because of another error of theirs, but won't be holding my breath for a positive response and vow not to do any more long surveys for them (probably just enough to earn my next voucher then time to say goodbye)

Did you do the survey from an email invite that you can maybe find in deleted folders, or from the homepage, ?
I have just noticed this section on the lower left of my homepage,under where the available surveys are listed.could the survey you did be listed there
There is a 'REPORT' button alongside it.

Or "Get what we need before screening you out/technical issues so we don't have to pay you the money".

Answering surveys is a sure fire way of getting your details passed on. How do you think these companies get there money they sell your details to all unsundry.

Genuine survey sites give you surveys that ask, at most, for your postcode.

Some do ask for name/address details at the end of the survey if you've been selected to try the product.

We're not talking about random ad popups here.

Harris are just as bad. I spent 15 minutes on detailed answers, only to be told I didn't qualify.

I have had a reply (Actually about 6 , as my second message about the refusal to accept a message about a survey that has no number, was circulated along with the original, which actually auto-sent).


I got one email saying that they acknowledge that I completed the survey and suggesting I ignore the prompts to complete (there's also a message saying I completed stage 4 of 3 !) and that 1500 points will be credited to my account within 10 days....so we'll see what happens.


It's a change from the usual 'Sorry, but there is nothing we can do.'
