Chuckley are you calling me a liar?
I had left my own dentist 10 minutes earlier. I did not need nor ask for a check up. I had absolutely no idea what info they would require before an assessment for cosmetic work, I assumed it was just a data gathering exercise so they could try and advertise or something. They asked for details and I provided them. At no point was cost discussed or intimated.
the patient forms are clearly needed with NEW PATIENT.
'Data gathering??' hmm...
No one-walks into a dentist hands over their contact details, gets seems by a dentist and then claims to 'just be enquiring'.
why didn't you tell them you had a dentist/quote?0 -
I cannot understand why you had been 'seen to' by your normal dentist who you are registered with, walked out and then went straight into another dentists.
Or did you think a new dentist might have charged you less for the cosmetic work, like maybe £50 less.
Well, it sort of backfired on you.
You don't have any choice but to pay up....make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0
