New Base Unit

I want to spend £300 - £400 on a new desk-top base unit with Windows 10 installed.
It won't be used for gaming, just surfing and email etc.
It would be good to future proof it a little by being able to upgrade the memory.
Does someone know of any bargains that fit the description above?

You could easily get a recent second-hand Dell Optiplex system unit with Windows 7 for those prices or less from (say) Microdream. I've just indicated recent i5 and i7 processors, but others are available! These can be upgraded to Windows 10.0

Asda sell a couple of Medions, one with an Intel processor, the other with an AMD processor (I own the AMD one, and am impressed with it), for less than £400 each.0
