Very.co.uk / candy fridge freezer

Hi please can some give me some advise. I purchased a candy fridge freezer on very.co.uk . It was faulty within a month or two and I have tried to get a refund through Very. They are refusing to refund me and gave me a number to ask candy to fix it. I booked for a repair man to come a fix it. He came but wasnt able to fix it at that point and was meant to come back. He hasnt and im fed up and just want my money back. Very will not doing anything and just pass the buck to candy and Candy pass it back to Very. Very said they would pay me a £50 good will payment into my account though as I lost alot of food. Months later and it is still not in my account and they are now saying they have to investigate it as the amount is too much and who ever told me I would get it did not put the payment through anyway. Soon as the fridge freezer is fixed and they have paid the £50 they first said they would I will never use them again,. They are liers and seem to get away doing what every they want..
