there has been a major update today (14/11) a new version of windows , a full reload (ver 10586)
it then removes classic shell , starts that fuggin one drive running again , and if like me you use "aerolite" theme (to get a coloured border on IE etc) it removes it
ironically after restarting the next update is a security patch for flash player , that you installed 3 mins before!
