Would banks offer me account which gives free offers such as the m and s one which gives a gift voucher?

The only way to find out is to apply, but you may be limited to a basic bank account with no possibility of credit. Or wait another year at which point the CCJ will drop off your credit history.No free lunch, and no free laptop

not M&S, but check MSE eligibility calculator. I got 70% for M&S and tried anyway and got declined. my ccj is the same age as yours.0
