The connection has timed out

I'm getting "The connection has timed out" when I try to connect to one specific website. It does not work on Mozilla or IE. I have once gained access before. Help? It is just the Ghana Embassy website and nothing I should not be doing:j

Tell them to fix their website. Website maintenance or they backup in the early hours which slows it down or gives you that fault.

I don't think that is the issue. The website shows up on other laptops.computers and even my mobile.QUIDCO £2827 paid out since October 2007:D0
