I saw that, nice 1. I guess it's a 1-off, though. I need to send 100 parcels a month sometimes - always with a reliable provider, you know what Ebay cheats are like I guess. The likes of Yodel etc are just too risky.

So Post Office tracked & Collect+ for me. Collect+ have a decent % discount for volume senders.

1st parcel since last years secret santa haha.

    Not something I do often.

Back from my Maxio facial appointment. I've been convinced to try just injection(january) again for my tooth removal. I've been assured the dentist in the hospital are amazing and will have it out in minutes. If I can't then I can the GA instead (waiting time another 6-9 months!!!)

You're very brave. Think I mentioned yesterday I'm scared of the dentist. Couple of years ago I needed a wisdom tooth extracting. Burst into tears when dentist told me. She said she could refer me for sedation or to hospital for a GA. I plumped for the hospital. Consultant was lovely, registrar who did procedure told me it would take 30 seconds to get the tooth out and basically moaned I was having a GA. Told him I was terrified and the Consultant didn't have a problem with it, so why did he? Anyway, over very quickly, think I was on my way home half an hour after coming round! :rotfl:
  • I'm looking at an Amex card. Is it just American Express??

Which is the best to go for?

All providers give decent discounts, usually with collection, if you send loads and get a "business" rate.

Parcelforce gave me roughly 60% off many years ago when i sold jiffy bags and bubble wrap.

No I'm not!!! Tried having it out twice at the dentist and panicked in the chair and started crying. I've been assured that the dentists in the hospital are vastly superior as it's what they do all day.

I need it out asap as its aching all the time (molar with root fillings) and whilst I have my brace on the orthodontist can minimise the gap

Gold with the 20000 points wys £2000 in your first 3 months (easy, we'll help you on that) https://www.americanexpress.com/uk/content/gold-card/

But get Raffles to refer you & you'll get 22000 (I'm not Raffles) http://www.headforpoints.com/contact/
obviously he'll get something but he does run a good site for no cost to us.

Mullers same vs T, one lurpak was NA vs T (as expected).

Mullers would be best in 30s (no more than 10 of each flavour) but I didn't need that many :rotfl:

You will need to split the bill. I thought I could give in two 1000 points on the same visit but the till would not accept them. We had to have another visit at the weekend which turned out very well as we waited for over an hour for our main course complained and all our food was free!

Sarah - you asked about can openers - cant find your post now. Kenwood can opener is excellent - CO600. Got it for elderly mum who finds it very easy to use.

Tesco have launched free fruit for children while you are shopping/glitching! Large box in pfarm, ashford which no one seemed to have spotted. Lots of £5 packets of flowering bulbs reduced to 25p in our local - might be worth checking yours.

Thank you, just in the nick of time and bill split

Do you get an email confirmation for the bonus points please?

    Yes Anon, 5 for £2 in A. Buy 6 for £2.68, APG £1.38, so £1.30 for 6.
