Oh yes LS ...best thing since sliced bread as the saying goes..seriously though cannot believe how effective it is :T and well worth the £12,000 that it costs ...easy though for me to say that when I have been lucky enough to be allowed to have it on the NHS.and after 7 years of alternative ops medication ...this little gem worked ...0 -
Just thinking that with the Amex deal @ Superdrug, you could pick up a £65.99 Oral B toothbrush (reduced to £25) for about £12 lol0

I really am so pleased for you Nanny. As you know I had the trial a few years ago and sadly didn't work for me. Its great they can do the trial thing first, kind of a cost saving exercise, at least then they can put the real one into the people it will actually work for.
Mind you, my ops must have cost a fair bit. If they'd only used a catheter with a balloon on the end back in July which probably costs pence, they would have avoided having to redo the whole thing, and me having an extended stay thank to C diff. I'd like to think my consultant might take this on board for future patients, but doubt it. Apparently I was her only patient ever in 13 years of doing the op that had a catheter come out of place. Guess 13 was unlucky for her and me! :rotfl:0
