    3x Black Tower Rose (75CL) £17.40 £17.97
    Here's your voucher for £1.27

Do you think there's any possibility it might compare more favourably tomorrow please? I don't remember when M's prices are collected & how long it takes to compare or if it sometimes never does. With no search facility it's difficult to check. Many thanks if anyone can answer.

Here's one to throw into the mix. Not everybody will like it.

    But it's 100% legal.

Reselling tickets is perfectly legal in UK, as demonstrated by the peaceful existence of sites such as Viagogo & Getmein. Plus of course, no convictions, ever.

You can easily double your money after fees if you pick the right one.

The next obvious one is Adele at the O2 in spring. People are limited to 4 tickets or they'll cancel your tickets. I bet they might check for addresses, IP addresses, credit cards.

The cheapest ones will be £47.50 and you should be able to sell them for £200.

I only do it to hit my Amex spend targets lol

    Prepares for backlash :)

There is, like anything a small risk, and never use ebay to sell them.

Oh my that is lovely and what this country needs. I reckon I'll be too knackered to help anyone else but I'll be happy to provide info that helps others.

my dad left his body to research and it was hard. I've been graciously reminded of that tonight in no uncertain terms. I felt it but I'm in a different place now. I'm not going yet but when I do, I'm helping research into to blood cancer.

did you know there are 137 types of blood cancer, all of them rare and I have one. I'm finding I can clear rooms lately :(

if I had breast/lung /bowel....or any popular flavour of cancer I wouldn't. I have something no one has ever heard of and I do clear rooms :( or I get people saying to me 'I hope you feel better soon'

I'm dying from an incurable cancer and I want so desperately that no one forgets that. it's not my fault you haven't heard of it :p

but if I have anything to do with it you will have by the time I'm finished :p
You really remind me of my friend in some of the stuff you say above. She also has a rare cancer, and is grade 4, so her chemo is palliative. She says that in a strange way she is almost jealous of people who have "normal" cancers that can be dealt with far more routinely and have a much better outcome. Like you, there is no cure for hers as it is beyond that stage.

Not quite the same as donating your body, but I had a conversation with DD17 this week about the donor register, as I finally applied for her provisional licence, and near the end of the application it asks if you want to go on the register. She decided she did, which is great. I told her she would need to text her Dad, as if something happened to her under the age of 18 I would presume that despite the fact we are divorced, we would both have to agree to it (no idea if this is the case or not). Her text made me laugh, as she told him what she'd done, and that he would have to agree with me for it to go ahead. No beating round the bush with her message!

Good morning :xmassmile. ....Lady C has left the jungle..:T

Very happy, as I was worried if she was in the last 4 they wouldn't do celebrity cyclone, and thats my favourite trial!

Hospital didn't go as planned for me today. :(

I have a slight internal leak on a join, so very long story short my tubes have to stay in a few more weeks so the join can heal (they think its just been slow to heal rather than any other problem). If they took them out today there would be too much risk of leaking urine in my body.

Bit gutted, they've been in so long now, but hey ho, there are much worse things that could happen. Hopefully they will be out in a few weeks.

I did go and deliver a tin of chocolates to the ward, and also some to the bed makers/cleaners as I didn't think they'd get a look in and they do a fab job.

altojack, your replies to FC were lovely last night, I've only just caught up with the thread due to being in hospital all day. :A

    Good evening.

I know it was mentioned last night about the £3 pizza meal deal at Morrisons was finishing early.
I went in to M today and picked up 6 , so no sign of finishing early in my local.

    Hope that helps someone.

I also picked up the cheap robinsons, free cidre, oreos 3 for a £1 and selection boxes 2 for £2.

  • Has anyone tasted the Heinz cream of tomato cup a soup? Please I'm wondering if it does taste like the "real canned variety" ;)

    Thanks

    Tastes similar ish

A million times better than the batchelors cup a soup that's for sure.
  • Flip, that is bad. We are looking at one of these, but you have put me off :o:o:o

Well its all sorted now! The engineer came out and changed it for a waterproof box.

For us it is amazing. No more waking up in the morning with the house at 4 degrees, no more coming home from work with the house with the house at 4 degrees, actual hot water and no ash/soot in the house so less cleaning
I have dyslexia, so get used to my spelling and grammar :)

I know I feel awful... The monkeys have a wooden one each bought by a special relative so they can keep them for years. But to get into our loft involves trapezing on the banister and swinging to the hatch:eek: ladders won't fit because of the angle of the hatch and bedroom doors.
Only Mr monkey can do it.... But he's hurt his back so can't get into the loft.

They have had the number 1 and 2 chocolates I bought to put in them and grandma bought them a cadburys one...

    Lofts :eek: :eek::eek:
