Got day of today, shall I do some Xmas shopping which means leaving the house, or shall i make a nice fire and curl up on the sofa and watch xmas films to find inspiration.;)
rhos I think the latter sounds the best option to me ;)I can say that because most of my Christmas :xmastree:shopping is done now:T and cards posted and because I spend Christmas at DDLala's I don't even have to get the food in:j0 -
Good morning Elite:santa2:
I've had an early start today  got up at 6.30am had my coffee and went to Mr T. Now the day is my own so I'm going to sort out a mountain of lists, notes, doodles and coupons.
This afternoon I shall be watching TV, have several programmes I've recorded that needs to be watched to get me up to date
David. TM didn't mean any disrespect and FC will know this. After last night/this morning I was in tears. It's so sad to have to make plans knowing you are going to be leaving your family behind. I wish FC all the love in the world but that won't make her betterThere's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.0 -
I have and would have a laugh with anyone but am sitting here now with tears rolling down my cheeks for her and her family trying to work out what is funny there
I have been reading these forums for a lot of years, and can honestly say that is the first post that has ever unsettled me. It comes across as a 'dig' at one of the most genuine and caring contributors to this thread. I truly hope that I read your post wrongly David.0 -
You would have thought the Price Collectors that have to go into Poundland would have an easy job, with few mistakes being made :rotfl:
They take scans from Poundland's website - I don't think they visit Poundland stores. They do visit Aldi I understand, once a week. That's why I can't trust Aldi prices on msm:rotfl:. Nor it seems Poundland (maybe)!0 -
25p herbs and spices may back? 75p back from CoS (and I assume CS). 2 for £2 in A.
So buy in S in 2's (making sure you have enough things for BM, if you just buy 10 different ones you don't need fillers).
Having bought 40 of these over the last two times I'm thinking I may have enough and leave it this time. On the other hand they do last a long time, don't they :think:0 -

You might have a hard job finding them in M (in fact the website is showing OOS now). They were there (at the front of one of the stores for me) last week. However I couldn't see any stock on Monday - although I still had SELs left (useless £12.50 in one store, but then that was the same before when the stock was clearly £7 and was out at the front of the store - other stores said £7). I don't know if TBG might pricematch them? They may have picked up the £7 price on Monday. It's looking more unlikely on the next price collection they do though (which I understand might be Thursday and updated into the system by Friday) - the SELs might be removed from Ms with no stock left and could be changed to full prices. I'd try TBG, with fillers, and see if you get the £7 price coming through (once you've entered your bags number, hopefully 0:laugh: - I remember to bring my bags you see! - if it doesn't reflect that price at that point, I'd cancel the whole transaction and you'll have to look elsewhere I'm afraid if you can't find them in M). Best of luck!0 -

Tweets, the Barilla has now finishedI, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.
