Your a bit greedy:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
you'reSounds interesting, any chance of divulging.
I know the new system with the 2 barcodes shouldn't allow us to use the same receipt more than one, not that I would ever do that.
The only problem I think with the gift cards is if you lose them, I've not registered mine as I like to remain anonymous. If you register I presume you would be okay if you lost them.
I have a 500kg safe. I'm unlikely to 'lose' them.
I have no reason to take them out unless I'm spending them.
my locals put them through manually but there is always a loophole.
why do you need to know if you wouldn't reuse?0 -

female dog-ing
soz, didnt realise that the MSE Reich filter so much!
I know! I've already worked it out myself now, but not before having gone through much worse if only in order to eliminate it beforehand. Stupid and ridiculous that that sense is censored - and then totally ineffectively (in fact only compounding the matter more as I've thought of more offensive terms that have, presumably, offended me) as I've still found out on the original word, myself, on my own, so, if it is offensive, then I'm still offended by any conveyance or communication. Sorry - it's not against you: I do not accept the approach impliedly adopted by the filter. And it's failed to filter it as I got much much worse, then worse, then worse and then the original word anyway. I don't like things being "filtered" as I object to the tiny remnant that comes out at the end that fails to remove all reminder or reference to the word - or replaces it with worse.
No need to apologise, as it's not your fault but the so-called filter! Anyway, sorry folks, moving on now... only after this "filter" has raised issues for me and compounded matters even more! Five exclamations and then I, N, G indeed:rotfl::rotfl:!:p0 -

SP pasta has also gone up - no doubt preparing for a rollback again so they can claim an inflated number of items have been reduced.

I've no idea about other groups or what bwtfyl stands for, going to have to work it out now. I'm guessing the f might be a swear word and the y might be you.
It's totally useless as why don't you Google the abbreviation and it'll all be revealed to you immediately? Thus, if it is offensive, then the offence has still reached you and this site failed to protect you from it at all!
EDIT: No, it's a new one on me too and I can't find it. So, I assume people are just having fun with word games with me tonight. After I only came in to post about some spaghetti:rotfl:.0 -
Just been reading the MSE article and it lists Royal bank of Scotland 3% for balances of up to £5k and you can have 3
This is not on your list of current accounts - is there a reason?
They need £1k to carousel into them - is this from a non RSB account or can the 1k go from one to the other???
Wonder if this is new or have we just not noticed it?Heres my current stooze allocation:
I have a 'Mrs' Neas so we double up on accounts.
*Breaths in*
Right... so I have the following credit cards
M+S (0% for 18 months) Mine - 6,000 debt
M+S (0% for 18 months) My Wife -6,000 debt
Barlcays (balance transfer from previous purchase 0 % for 28 months) - £6000
Lloyss ( balance transfer from previous purchase 0% for 27 months)) - £2000
Tesco credit card (current one for purchases 0% for 21 months)
And I have the equivalent cash in these 'savings' accounts. It is true savings accounts give about 1% but if you are clever you can get around 3-5% saving rate from current accounts. So we have the equivalent cash in these sorta accs:
Santander 123 current account (must pay in £500 a month and 2 DD) 3% on up to 25,000 -£11,000
TSB Mine -5% interest before tax up to 2,000 - £2,000
TSB Wife -5% interest before tax up to 2,000 -£2000
Nationwide Mine - 5% interested before tax up to £2,500 - £2,500
Nationwide Wife - 5% interest before tax up to £2,500 -£2,500
So I have £9,000 earning 5% before tax so 4% after and £11,000 earning 3%, so approx the interest rate is 3.45% (last time I calculated it).
To get 3.45% I have 5 current accounts between the of us and effectively the stooze money is transfered by SO each month from one account into another thus meeting the 'pay in X' amount per month criteria. For example Nationwide sends £1000 to TSB and TSB sends £1000 to Nationwide on the same day.
So 3.45% on 20,000 squid is nearly £700 profit“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Speaking of stoozing, I have a stooze pot of £40,000
I wouldn't recommend this but it is quite easy to do if you are organised. There is an MSE article and forum about stoozing if you are interested.
I / we get as many interest free credit cards as possible and put the money into our mortgage offset account so don't have to pay any interest on the £40,000.
As long as you don't spend the money in the offset savings account and use it to pay off the credit card once the interest free period ends then you can save quite a lot on your mortgage payments.
Between me and my wife we have 19 credit cards. I would get more but I've been rejected on my recent applications so will have to wait a few months before applying again.0
