Can anyone help with a question about online APG?

I did a home delivery about 3 weeks ago which resulted in an APG, which I wanted to use on a shop booked for 23 Dec.
So I waited to claim the voucher, and they have now come through, but the expiry on them is 21st Dec.

If I apply them to my shop before this date will they go onto the order on 23 Dec ok, or will they 'expire' before the delivery even though they've been 'used'?

    Hope this makes sense.

They may be used until 21st - although they may show as used now, they would not be processed until payment is processed in 23rd after expiry, so I suspect they would be rejected. Personally I would not chance it and get an order in before then for non perishables if necessary.

So go to pay and press coupon then scan bottom barcode and then receipt.Do you wait for it to register and then do the second one straight after or do you have to do something inbetween the 1st and second one?

You do NOT need to press coupon or anything else. Finish scanning your shop, then scan APG, then receipt, wait a second or 2, then repeat etc. The screen will tell you what to do if ever stuck/confused.

Its no different, I've used multiple APGs on the new system at once. Just scan the new barcode, then the receipt or manually enter the TC number. I used 8 the other day on one shop...all ok.
    Have you used any MOCs?...

Thank you, do you think the dummy order then cancel would work?

  • I have just submitted receipt on cos for the schweppes drink and within 2 minutes it had processed and payment is available , wow , if only q/co could get their act together.
  • Got the leg of lamb from Morries @ £4.00 kilo with 3 cidres , the overage came off the lamb making it an even better deal.
I did the same with the £10.00 magnum of prosecco yesterday.
I will miss the cidre coupons.
No cidre in my store now , I think I have had it all :T:T:T
