Noticed on liivngsocial this one for £37.99
Jawbone UP24 Wireless Activity and Sleep Tracker
its the one I've used for the last 18 months - you synch it to the app on your phone twice a day, tracks your sleep pattern and your steps and there are various other handy extras like an activity buzzer whch you can set - I have mine set for 45 mins in the day time so if I spend too long at the desk or lounging it reminds me to get up and moving. I also have an alarm set for 7.10 so I cant doze back off.
It also synch with myfitnessplus app
they have good customer service too - I've had issues so i've just emailed or rung them and they have just sent out a new one to replace the faulty one
nice gift“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

I couldn't get anymore as I had mum with me and had to carry them, and attempt to control her and the trolley.......... it is like taking several small children shopping :eek::eek::eek:
(she has altzheimers so is worse than kids... but bargain hunting is in her blood so she really loves it.... but always forgets her purse.... I often think she is not as bad as she makes out!!) She now has a fridge of yoghurt so is happy...

Henlans are you based in the northwest? My mum got some T magazines last year, lugged them home on the bus only to find that all the vouchers had been ripped out.
Since then she checks them before leaving the store! Lesson learned.0 -
(((X))) hope you're feeling a bit better now altojack.
Happy birthday fairclaire:bdaycake:

Useful for shopping Avs T, as TBG here is useless. They more or less bought most of T's offer items. So, thanks for that, that price comparison, from T, has told us what to buy in A:D. Even though the T prices are a "little bit steep":D for me normally to compare against:rotfl:.0 -
